The hare and falcon was a common motif used by artists in the Muslim world during the Middle Ages. This design originally comes from a wood carving panel which was created by Fatimid artists in 11th century Cairo. We have adapted the design with modern embellishments and through our woodburning and rustic decor styling have brought a medieval work of art into a modern form.
