This elegant decorative wood tray has been designed with inspiration from a 10th century Samanid arabesque pattern originally found on a medieval earthenware dish currently in the David Collection in Copenhagen. This midnight blue stained tray with a woodburned pattern has been accented with vintage handles and gold oil paint. This tray will add richness and elegance to any space in your home or office. It is a work of art and can be used for a variety of practical uses. It has been finished in a shellac protective coating.Note: The picture featured in the listing here is a previously sold version of this tray. We will attempt to replicate the original as closely as we can, but there are subtle differences in the wood shape and our execution of the design. We guarantee that each product we remake is done with extensive care and attention to create the best and most beautiful product possible. We also wanted to let you know that we try and use repurposed vintage handles to add an additional historic beauty to our product and be environmentally conscious through recycling material.
